Lawyers for Lawyers Sponsor Run 2026

Once again this year, our colleagues Elles Besselsen, Bram van Melle, Thomas van Estrik, Thomas van Houwelingen-Boer, Nikki Vreede, Tamara Végh and Femke Vermeij have laced up their running shoes for the Dam tot Dam Damloop on Sunday 20 September 2026.

Not only for the sporting challenge, but above all to support and raise awareness for Lawyers for Lawyers (L4L). L4L supports lawyers around the world who face pressure, threats or prosecution because of their work to uphold the rule of law, human rights and access to justice. By supporting these lawyers and protecting their independence, L4L contributes to strong and free legal systems worldwide.

As a law firm, we believe it is important to support this mission. The freedom to practise law independently and without fear cannot be taken for granted everywhere. That is why we are proud to be a partner of L4L and to support their work, both literally and figuratively. With an enthusiastic team, plenty of energy and, of course, the necessary kilometres from Amsterdam to Zaandam, it was another great day.
