Tamara was sworn in as an attorney in August 2026 and works as trainee attorney at Everaert Advocaten. Previously, she has been working at Everaert as paralegal. She is among others part of the Dutch nationality team. She also handles cases relating to family reunification, permanent residence and the creative sector.

Tamara studied law at Leiden University, completing the master’s specialisations in Public International Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law. During her studies, she undertook internships at the Dutch Permanent Representation to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and at the Committee for European Union Law of the Council of State. She was also a student assistant at the Honours Academy and the Institute for Public Law of Leiden Law School.

Before joining Everaert Advocaten, Tamara worked as a teaching and research assistant at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies in Leiden.

Having migrated to the Netherlands at a young age and having gone through the naturalisation process as an adult, she understands first-hand the legal and personal challenges that can accompany migration. This experience enables her to approach clients’ cases with particular empathy and a strong understanding of the impact immigration can have on people’s lives. In addition to English and Dutch, Tamara is fluent in Hungarian.
