Muhyadin advises corporate and private clients on residence permits and visas for employment and family reunification. His practice focuses, among other areas, on residence and employment matters based on religious grounds, the deployment of personnel in the construction of superyachts, and the admission of highly skilled workers. In addition, Muhyadin advises on residence relating to self-employed individuals, students, and researchers. He also provides counsel to employers on compliance with the Foreign Nationals Employment Act (Wet arbeid vreemdelingen). Muhyadin also publishes articles and case annotations in professional legal journals. He has been with Everaert Advocaten since 2019 and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2022.
