I’m writing this review to express what a great experience my husband and I had with Muhyadin Mohamud. Our case wasn’t typical, so applying for a Dutch residence permit felt daunting, complicated, and—since we needed a lawyer—deeply vulnerable. We knew we had to find the right person to guide us through it. After meeting with several lawyers, we found Muhyadin. His calm, grounded, and kind demeanour immediately stood out. I had an approaching expiration date for my visa and was ready to apply for permanent residency. Best immigration lawyer service I could have ever hoped for.

I reached out to Everaert Advocaten almost 6-7 months ago, in order to help me with my permanent residence. Since there were a lot of documents to go through, I felt it was important to get the advice of an immigration lawyer. My case was handled by Ms Danielle Snaathorst. She was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail to me. There were some big obstacles in my PR process as my company refused to extend my visa at the last second, and this put my PR at risk. However, Danielle talked to them on my behalf, and made sure that the PR process went smoothly for me.
