Thomas joined Everaert Advocaten as a paralegal in November 2022. Thomas has already been active within Everaert since 2019, being responsible for the financial administration. He now combines these jobs. As paralegal, he mainly focuses on employment-related migration.
Thomas his interest in migration law had grown after taking courses in migration law during his minor, a short internship at Everaert and performing secretarial work in the summer of 2022. During his master’s in civil law, he also got in touch with employment-related migration during the courses labour law and Euopean labour law.
In addition to his interest in migration law, Thomas’ legal interest also lies in labour law and in particular sports law. He wrote his master’s thesis on human rights protection for athletes in anti-doping regulations.
