Effective from 1 January 2016 the Inspectorate must publish the results of any investigations carried out under the Foreign Nationals (Employment) Act (‘Wav’), the Minimum Wage Act (‘WML’) and the Placement of Personnel by Intermediaries Act (‘Waadi’).

The results of the investigations performed since that date can be found at www.inspectieresultatenszw.nl. This website shows the results of investigations into companies, listing the companies’ names and addresses.

So far none of the investigated companies have been found to have committed an offence. Nonetheless the companies’ names and details have been published on the website.

Companies that have been notified of publication can object to this publication and/or request a court to issue an (interim) order to remove publication.
