As we announced in November 2019, Everaert Advocaten wants to start a procedure for naturalization without documents. We have extended our deadline with 3 months, to give more candidates a chance to take part!

You are invited to join the procedure if you have a 'pardon' (Ranov) residence permit and want to apply for Dutch citizenship but are unable to provide the required identity papers such as a passport or birth certificate.

To take part, you will need to complete our questionnaire and send us copies of your residence permit before June 1st 2020. The next step is that you (independently) submit a naturalization request at your town hall, ultimately on December 1st 2020.

Please note: You are not eligible for the procedure if you have, in the past, registered with the authorities under a different identity. In that case, we recommend to send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots.
