The 2023 salary thresholds for highly skilled migrants, Blue Card holders, key personnel of intra-corporate transfers (ICT) and recent graduates in the Netherlands have been published.
Per 1 January 2023 the following salary thresholds apply, gross per month excluding 8% holiday allowance. These thresholds apply to applications lodged after 1 January 2023.
- Highly skilled migrants from 30 years of age / Key personnel Intra-corporate transferee: € 5,008
- Highly skilled migrants younger than 30 years / Key personnel Intra-corporate transferee: € 3,672
- Foreign nationals graduated in the Netherlands: € 2,631
- Blue Card holders: € 5,867
