Everaert Advocaten applies hourly rates that depend on the experience and specialist expertise of the attorney in question, and the complexity of the case. Your attorney will inform you in advance of the hourly rate that applies to your case, and will discuss with you whether you may be eligible for government-funded legal aid.

Everaert Advocaten has taken out professional liability insurance. The firm’s liability will always be limited to EUR 50,000.
